Heirloom offers free shipping for orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping cost is calculated by package size and weight.
Orders will be processed and shipped within three business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your package has shipped. Orders will be delivered within 5-8 business days of shipment. If 15 business days have passed since you placed your order and you have not received your package, please contact us at email@example.com.
Heirloom offers free shipping insurance up to $200. For orders over $200, please select the insured shipping option at checkout to protect your order from loss, damage, or theft.
We offer free in-store pickup for all online purchases. Please select the pickup option at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready. Please refer to store hours for pickup times.
If your order is not picked up within two weeks of purchase, your order will be canceled and you will be refunded to your original payment method.
If you are looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are happy to help. Returns will be accepted if shipped within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a detailed list of items you wish to return or exchange. Look out for an email from one of our team members with return shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
We will process your refund within two business days of receiving your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
